About TenniSight
TenniSight is a non-commercial, community-driven tennis fan platform. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of player statistics, rankings, or match data.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
Your player collections, match predictions, and bond data belong to you. By using TenniSight, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Data Sources & Attribution
Player statistics are derived from data compiled by Jeff Sackmann, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Player rankings are sourced from the ATP Tour and WTA. Tournament schedules, draws, and match data are sourced from USOpen.org / USTA. Tennis Spirits are original fictional creations by TenniSight and are not affiliated with any existing IP.
Non-Commercial Use
TenniSight is a non-commercial project. The underlying statistical data is licensed for non-commercial use only. You may not use data obtained from TenniSight for commercial purposes without obtaining appropriate licenses from the original data providers.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: scrape or automatically collect data from TenniSight; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts; use the service to distribute spam or malicious content; interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
TenniSight is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data or predictions shown in the app. Do not use TenniSight data for gambling or wagering purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TenniSight after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
